Empowering Educators: Growth in Practice
Al-Murtaza Professional Development Center plays a crucial role in empowering educators and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning. It provides teachers with opportunities to update their knowledge, refine instructional strategies, and stay informed about new educational trends and technologies. Through workshops, training sessions, and collaborative learning, educators can share experiences and learn from one another. Continuous professional growth not only improves classroom practices but also boosts teachers’ confidence and motivation.
Teacher Training
Workshops and one-on-one coaching for teachers and leaders.
Curriculum & Exams
Reviewing syllabi, lesson plans, and selecting textbooks.
Quality Checks
Monitoring progress through surveys and assessments.
Digital Tools
Managing online platforms and IT initiatives.
Leadership
To make sure PDC to stay on track with the school’s long-term goals, a Steering Committee guides the AM-PDC. This group is responsible for:
Setting the Direction: Providing expert advice and vision to the management team
Creating Policies: Writing and approving the official rules and guidelines for the school.
Reviewing Progress: Regularly reviewing school progress .
